The Vitamin Shoppe at 7672 Edinger Avenue, Huntington Beach, California.

I wanted to return a Christmas gift with receipt and was told I couldn't get a refund, only store credit. I was told because the item was used. The item was certainly NOT used. No where was it stated that only store credit is given. In fact the receipt clearly states refund with receipt. I will never shop at Vitamin Shoppe again, and advise others not to as well. Extremely poor customer service. If I could rate lower than 1 star , I would.
