If I could give less stars I would! About 12:30pm Saturday July 22 I stopped by to update my ATM card ( a 10 second transaction). I was told by the "concierge" girl whose name started with "D" that no "walk ups" were accepted and that I had to make an appointment. After 30 years with BofA and many large accounts I thought this was terrible. I asked to go to the teller line-she said they cannot help me, and if I wanted to wait about an hour maybe someone from the service side of the branch could assist me. She then went on to say "Our clients prefer to do business this way, that is why we cannot help you".She said go online and book an appt somewhere. As a business owner in HB for 30 years, where customer service is a must, I found this hard to believe. I drove to the branch on Brookhurst where a wonderful man named Seth helped me immediately, was wonderful, and said that all branches should still provide walk up service. BEWARE SEACLIFF B OF A NEEDS PERSONNEL TRAINING. Insulting your best customers is no way to grow a business.
