Amy Crawford is one of the main reasons I moved here! She provided superior customer service since day one. She was so patient and kind, followed up when she said she would, and was very thoughtful in her approach.

The property itself is so beautiful. I love coming home. The neighbors have been friendly and the complex is very quiet. I am happy to call Avalon my home.

The building is amazing and the staff is awesome! My wife and I got new jobs in the LA area and moved to Avalon because it is beautiful community and in an awesome location. We were in a bit of a time crunch for moving but the awesome staff at Avalon helped out big time and went above and beyond to help us get the keys and move in. We drove all the way from North Carolina and weren't sure if we were going to make it in time before they closed for the day but Amy and Maggie are awesome and they came back after hours to let us get our keys so we could at least get into the building and didn't have to get a hotel for the night. Can't say enough praise for the staff and the amazing community that Avalon is and would 110% recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
