This place is the best! The gym is clean and organized, all of the equipment is top notch, and the community here is so supportive , diverse, and friendly. The trainer (Mark) is really knowledgeable about strength training and conditioning so everything is done properly; from lifting techniques to how the workouts each week are planned, you can expect to see results (and NOT injuries!) Active SC pushes you to do your best, every workout kicks your butt, and so many people here have reached their own individual goals. They're different membership options to fit whatever you're looking for. Definitely come check it out!!
